Short description of the project
By implementing this project, applying ICT, ie integrating CRM into its business, the company will contribute to the company's business and optimize business processes and integrate business functions, and at the same time directly increase the competitiveness of its services and strengthen market position and set new business standards.
The project included the following activities:
a) Implementation and integration of a business solution with a new CRM system;
b) Development / development of specific CRM software, including its installation, programming, testing and configuration for project purposes;
c) Educating employees to use the newly implemented systems as part of the project delivery;
d) Project management;
e) Promotion and visibility.
Objectives and expected results of the project
The purpose of the project is to implement an innovative service in the field of maintenance of heating and cooling devices through the use of information technology in a way that as a platform includes individual repairers of various manufacturers / brands and unites them in providing their services to customers / households. The goal of the project is to increase the number of employees and increase revenue by 25% thanks to improved competitiveness and efficiency of business processes in the coming years.
The specific objectives of the project are:
a) Managing the company through interaction with current and future customers / users
b) Reduction of errors caused by human factor
c) Ability to analyze customer data
d) Automated dynamic daily reporting of income / expenses
e) Improving sales
f) More efficient use of time
g) Tracking potential customers
h) Graphically more advanced presentation of reports
Total project value and amount co-financed by the EU (in HRK)
• The total value of the project is 423,600.00 HRK
• The total value of the project (eligible costs) is 332,600.00 HRK
• The EU share in project financing is HRK 215,857.40
